The Captain Janks criminal case is getting crazier by the day. Janks’ own attorney has quit because he believes the prosecution may be after him. Attorney Tom Carluccio has already been ordered to testify against Janks. Prosecutor Bradford Richman declares Janks’ attorney has gone way beyond simply being the Wack Packer’s lawyer. Captain Janks now proclaims he’s looking into whether his constitutional rights have been violated claiming he’s not being allowed to have legal representation in a court of law.
Comedian Rob Schneider tells Howard 100 News he was honored that Howard Stern thought he was in the right, in how he handled himself with the West Palm Beach morning radio show hosts who claimed he was being a diva. Rob says, “I wasn’t a diva I was joking around that I was waiting in the parking lot for a half hour…I actually kind of thought they were joking and would calm down. It was just so shocking to me that they were just yelling at me. I thought maybe I was being punked. They kept repeating it’s over you’re out of here,’ so I said ok, I guess that’s it then.” Rob also says Adam Sandler called him to say the radio hosts were jerks.
Howard 100 News learns that Artie Lange’s new standup album “Jack and Coke” will debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Comedy Albums and Top Heatseekers Albums Charts. Plus Artie’s album is breaking into the Billboard Top 200 chart at number 154
Is High Pitch Erik starving? A Stern fan in LA says Erik told him he badly needed money for food, so the fan says he called the 2nd Avenue Deli here in New York and ordered the following for delivery to High Pitch: 3 sodas, 1 pastrami sandwich, 1 matzoh ball soup, 5 potato knishes, and 5 hot dogs. Hi pitch Erik refusing to comment to Howard 100 News.
