On Whether Howard Will Ever Stop Masturbating
“I’m at a loss for words right now,” the stunned medical expert replied.
On the Need to Walk Throughout the Day
“Every hour, walk around for five minutes,” he told Howard. The act of moving those muscles, which cannot be matched by simply standing more, has the ability to prolong your life.
On the Vitamin Craze
Despite the fact that many people are told they are deficient in Vitamin D or what not, Dr. Agus insisted “it’s not a cause, it’s a symptom.” Taking vitamins won’t solve the real issue, according to his research.

Do yourself a favor and start going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day too, Dr. Agus suggested. Studies show it could result in a serious improvement in your thinking.
On New Cancer Treatments
Dr. Agus was a part of the team that treated Steve Jobs, who suffered from pancreatic cancer, and explained that there are huge advances happening in the treatment of the sinister disease.
“Steve Jobs is the best example,” Agus recounted. “He called it jumping lily pad to lily pad, which is a beautiful way of describing it. When his cancer progressed, you know, he said he was swimming in the pond. Once we sequenced it – which is look at the DNA of his cancer … and identify the target – he was safe on a lily pad. And then it progressed again and he was swimming, and then safe on a lily pad. And we now have the ability in real time to sequence a cancer, look at the on and the off switches and figure out what’re the treatments to do.”
