Gary The Retard Is 61

Gary the Retard called to say he turns 61 next month and would like to celebrate in-studio, but Howard corrected him: since Gary was born on February 29th, he can only celebrate his birthday during leap years: “He’s really only like 7. You realize you’re 7?” Gary, of course, was confused. Robin thought Gary’s birthday visit would be a prime opportunity to play ‘Dancing with the Retards’–and answer an enduring question: “Can we teach them to dance?”
