Michael Rapaport Made a ‘Hip Hop 4 Beginners’ Playlist
Celebrity superfan recommends everything from Outkast to Nas
April 6, 2015Celebrity superfan, accomplished actor and Fantasy Football runner-up Michael Rapaport sat in on the Howard Stern Wrap Up Show last week and claimed that music expert Gary Dell’Abate cheated himself by not getting into hip hop.
Michael’s dad used to run the radio station WKTU and would bring hip-hop records home for Michael. A love affair was born.
‘Hip hop music is American music’, Michael announced before calling Gary ‘f*cking crazy’ for not worshipping A Tribe Called Quest.
‘I would love to make you a hip hop playlist,’ Michael suggested. Gary said he’d gladly listen and Michael called his bluff.
Here it is, just a taste of The Michael Rappaport Hip Hop Playlist 4 Beginners (click the link to see all 200 plus songs on Michael’s playlist) and he suggests you listen in no particular order.
