Brian Phelan’s Wee Mistake

Howard said he’d lost sleep over the weekend after hearing that Brian Phelan was having problems with his new puppy.

Apparently, Brian is such an inexperienced dog owner, he didn’t know that he shouldn’t put the puppy’s training pad in its crate: “The wee-wee pad says to the dog, ‘Go to the bathroom’…if you’re going to put the wee-wee pad somewhere, don’t put it in the cage where it sleeps.”
