Rachel Butera called in as ‘Underdog Lady’ to complain that her Staff Impression Contest prize money had yet to arrive. “I was promised a monetary sum a fortnight ago and it hasn’t yet arrived…I should’ve known that a filth monger like you wouldn’t come through,” she complained.

Howard railed against the slow turnover in the SiriusXM bookkeeping department. “It takes six to eight weeks to get prize money and you want to know something, Rachel? It makes no sense,” he agreed.
