Howard first had the staff vote for their favorites: Robin and Fred voted for Rachel. Gary, Howard, Ronnie and Benjy all voted for Chad. The rest was left up to the audience, and–in a 59.8% landslide–the Staff Impression Contest victor was Rachel.
