Artie told Richard what to expect when they go to Vegas; “We get off the plane and take a limo to the hotel. You go up to your suite and wash up, maybe do a little gambling – I’ll get you some chips. I’ll make the call…a lot of them, they love crystal meth more than they’ll hate you. She shows up while we’re gambling. We do a little high rolling and take her to out to dinner at Nobu to impress her. Then you disappear for a little while… You’re gonna [finish] several times – even if I have to jerk you off myself. I’ll be coked-up all weekend.”
