Howard said he was reluctant to play a clip of Demi Moore advocating “leech therapy” on Letterman, as he was afraid Robin would then try it. Robin shot back that she had no interest in “leech therapy” – no matter how much Demi praises its blood-cleansing benefits. After playing the clip, Howard wondered what scientific study justified the crazy therapy, and Robin laughed that the leeches weren’t what kept Demi looking good – plastic surgery did.
