Robin & Jim’s Rockin’ New Years Eve

Robin confessed that she saw Jim Florentine over the break: she “ran into him” while she was in Florida and has seen him “a couple times” since she got back. Howard asked if they were “doing it,” but Robin refused to reveal any details. Howard tried a different tact, asking if Robin would ever feel comfortable discussing her relationship with Jim, so Robin explained that she just didn’t want any more “invasive” questions. A caller speculated that Howard needed to quit going to therapy, and Howard agreed, saying that he still has to deal with a constant “miserable” feeling. Beth has to constantly remind him not to act like “one of those miserable old men.” Howard laughed that he even went to bed at 9:30pm on New Year’s Eve and asked Robin what she did. Robin then admitted that she hung out with Jim Florentine at Caroline’s and later caught the ball-drop in Times Square.
