Howard announced Eric the Midget left a message with Will in which he set forth criteria Howard would have to meet in order for him to start calling in again. Howard then played the tape of Eric’s requirements, which included being taken out of the Wack Pack, having Howard stop calling him by the names “the Midget” and “the Astronaut” and insisting Howard no longer make fun of his voice. When Robin wondered why they’d bother having Eric on the show if Howard was held to those standards, Howard joked it would be to hear his thoughts on “American Idol.”
