Thursday: THE TORSO UNDER THE DESK

A woman called in asking about what had happened to the Real Doll. The Real Doll was a life-size silicon skin covered sex doll that lived in the studio a few years back. Howard said that after several members of the cast had had sex with the doll it started to corrode, so they got rid of it. He said that the last he had heard, Benjy had rescued the torso from the trash heap and brought it home. Benjy said that while it was true he had rescued the torso from the trash, he hadn’t brought it home. Instead he stuffed it in a bag and put it under Artie’s desk. He added that he thought Ralph had taken the head home with him. Artie looked under his desk and sure enough, there was the torso. Artie seemed a little skeeved at the thought of all the guys’ DNA being right at his feet for so long. Gary put him at ease though when he told how he had once been giving a studio tour to some listeners and had come across Isaac Mark from E! in the bathroom cleaning the doll’s insides with a bottle brush.
