Ralph Cirella Picks Bobo’s Punishment for Trying to Quit the Wack Pack
“I’m not doing that!” the longtime caller says after hearing his fate
January 26, 2022It’s been a rollercoaster of a week for Bobo.
On Monday, the frequent caller was scolded after trying to quit the Wack Pack while still claiming to be a part of it on Cameo. On Tuesday, he apologized for his “moment of non-clarity” but Howard revealed he must still incur a punishment, courtesy of longtime friend of the show Ralph Cirella. On Wednesday, after hearing fellow caller Mariann from Brooklyn prosecute Bobo’s case, “Judge” Ralph handed down his three-part sentence.
“I’m thinking a few things,” Ralph decreed. “This should last three to six months. First thing is, he is out of the Wack Pack … He needs to remove all references from social media.”
“He should have a new name. It shouldn’t be Bobo anymore,” Ralph continued.
That’s when Bobo bristled. “No, I’m not going through that anymore,” he pleaded.
But Judge Ralph wasn’t done dispensing justice. He decreed Bobo’s frequently aimless calls to the show must now first be screened … by Ralph. “He’s no longer allowed to just call in because it goes horribly wrong,” he said, adding, “You can be a good caller if you would edit yourself a little, but I’m going to do that for you.”
“I’ve died and gone to heaven,” Mariann said after hearing Bobo’s sentence.
Giving Bobo a chance to prove Ralph wrong, Howard invited Bobo to open his journal of conversation starters he’d conjured up for the show. But Bobo’s questions about meditation, Captain Dennis, Simone Dinnerstein, and paint thinners only put Ralph to sleep.
Howard was convinced. “I think Ralph will make you a better performer,” he told Bobo. “I like this punishment.”
“I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it,” Mariann screamed. “I love it, Howard!”
Bobo agreed to comply “100 percent,” but he was far from enthusiastic. “Ah, shit. I need a drink,” he said.
