Stern Show’s sound effects maestro earns high praise after Ultimate Fan Event

Fred Norris earned high praise from colleague Memet Walker on Tuesday for the appearance the Stern Show’s beloved sound effects extraordinaire made at last week’s Ultimate Howard Stern Show Fan Experience, which saw a lucky group of superfans visit the studio to watch a live Stern Show and meet some of the staff.
“I’m going to hand my first gold star to Fred Norris because he gave the longest presentation of any staffer,” Memet said, revealing Fred spoke to fans for 12 minutes and thanked them for being loyal listeners.
“Good for you for getting a nice gold star from Memet,” Howard told Fred with a laugh. “Now you’ve arrived.”
“Thanks, Memet,” Fred concluded.
