The Stern Show had some fun with Swap Shop once again in a new phony phone call that Howard debuted early Monday morning. With toilet paper in short supply around the country right now due to some people hoarding it for themselves during the coronavirus pandemic, what would Swap Shop listeners be willing to pay for a single roll of T.P.?
How about $2,500?
The host of the show was none too pleased with that offer and was even less amused when the guys called back with an egg-laying chicken for $40,000 and a multi-million dollar hand sanitizer bottle.
“I guess there are people out in the world with enough money to pay folks to do stupid stuff,” the Swap Shop host concluded.
