VIDEO: ‘Slice’ Trailer Delivers Ghosts, Werewolves, Paul Scheer, Hannibal Burress, and Pizza
A24 horror-comedy stars Chance the Rapper, Zazie Beetz of “Deadpool 2,” and Joe Keery of “Stranger Things”

Actor, comedian, writer, and Wrap Up Show veteran Paul Scheer runs a pizza shop built on a gateway to hell in the official trailer for A24’s “Slice,” starring Chance the Rapper in his feature film debut.
“I’m going to tell you a story about a ghost, a werewolf, and a pretty shitty pizza place,” a female narrator explains (above) as ominous music swells and a pizza delivery (played by the film’s writer and director Austin Vesely) gets brutally murdered during the course of an otherwise routine delivery.
The rest of the promo is light on plot details but heavy with violence, gore, supernatural entities, one-liners, and of course extra cheese. It also delivers several famous faces, including Joe Keery (“Stranger Things”) as a photographer, Zazie Beetz (“Deadpool 2”) as a werewolf hunter, and 2014 Stern Show guest Hannibal Buress.
