Miley Cyrus Takes a Swim in Somber New Music Video ‘Slide Away’
Stern Show guest’s latest offering is a 6-song EP titled “She Is Coming”

The party’s winding down and pop superstar Miley Cyrus has a lot on her mind in the new music video for her single “Slide Away.”
As the clip begins, the repeat Stern Show guest floats face-up in a pool alongside an armada of abandoned wine glasses and booze containers. It looks like the aftermath of an epic house party, but everyone has left except for Miley and her glamorous gold dress.
“So won’t you slide away,” Miley sings in the somber video (above). “Back to the ocean, I’ll go back to the city lights.”
Cyrus released “Younger Now,” her most recent studio album, in 2017. Since then she’s dropped the 6-song EP “She Is Coming,” featuring the track “Mother’s Daughter,” announced plans for two more EPs and a full-length album, and has even released a holiday duet with Robin Quivers. As Stern Show fans will remember, the duo recorded an unforgettable rendition of “Silent Night” in late 2018 before Miley sat down with Howard for an interview and opened up about everything from her role on the Netflix series “Black Mirror” to the California wildfires that ravaged her Malibu home.
