Bubba the Love Sponge Sent Howard and Ronnie Mund ‘Bubba Army’ Rings

Veteran radio host Bubba the Love Sponge recently sent Howard a token of his appreciation—a very large piece of jewelry. “It’s this big, giant Super Bowl ring … encrusted with diamonds and rubies,” Howard said on Monday of the gift, which Bubba admitted was not made of real jewels. “On the sides it says, ‘Bubba Army’ and it says ‘Howard.’ It’s got all kinds of writing on it because it’s the size of a billboard.”
Appreciative of the gesture, Howard recounted the email exchange he had with Bubba. “I go, ‘I guess I’m a captain in the Bubba Army now,’” he remembered joking of the gesture. “He’s such a nice guy.”
Having also received a ring, Ronnie “the Limo Driver” Mund was on hand to show it off. “It takes up the whole hand,” he pointed out. “It’s like a showpiece, kind of … it’s impressive.”
