Robin Quivers Can’t Understand Why People Magazine Named Chris Evans Sexiest Man Alive
“How can you overlook Harry Styles?” Howard’s co-host wonders
November 9, 2022The Midterms weren’t the only elections that left a nation divided this week. As it turned out, not everyone saw eye-to-eye on People naming Hollywood superstar (and superhero) Chris Evans the year’s Sexiest Man Alive.
Howard, for one, liked the decision. “It was another Marvel guy. He’s Captain America. Last year it was Ant-Man, Paul Rudd,” he said Wednesday morning before complimenting Evan’s rugged cover photo. “He looks like he just fixed a car.”
But co-host Robin Quivers had a different opinion. Though she was ecstatic the Sexiest Man Alive votes were tabulated more quickly than some other races in the news, she seemed ready for a recount.
“I know [Evans] is good looking, but I don’t find him sexy … He’s handsome, but it just doesn’t hit me that way,” Quivers said. “How can you overlook Harry Styles and go to Chris Evans?”
