AUDIO: Robin Sings a Host off Her Own Show in New Phony Phone Call

It’s not even a full month into 2024 and Robin Quivers is already a contender for this year’s best phony phone call bracket. On Monday, Howard debuted a new call in which his longtime co-host dials up a radio show to tell the musical guest how much she means to her. “This is Robin Quivers. Thank you for all the support and encouragement — I love you forever and ever,” she said before breaking into Katy Perry’s “Firework.”

“Oh, my goodness, I’m in tears — I’m speechless,” the humbled guest responded. “Thank you so much for sharing your voice and sharing your story of how I inspired you.”

Things took a turn, however, when Robin broke into Kelly Clarkson’s “Because of You.” “This is just getting ridiculous,” the host complained. “I’m going to have to edit my show.”

Finally, when Robin did her rendition of P!nk’s “What About Us” over the guest’s new song, the host just gave up. “I don’t know what goes on on that show — they could not hang up,” Howard told Robin in disbelief. “They ended the show prematurely … you totally drove them off their show.”
