VIDEO: Gary Dell’Abate Got Busted Doing the New York Times Crossword in a ‘Big’ Work Meeting

From eating plantain chips in his office to literally falling asleep on the job, Stern Show executive producer Gary Dell’Abate has a long history of irking colleagues with his workplace behavior. But Baba Booey took things to another level this week when he was caught doing the New York Times crossword in the middle of a “big” staff meeting.

“I had one word left in this puzzle and I don’t deny it even a little,” Gary admitted to listeners on Wednesday.

Howard could barely believe his longtime executive producer would act so unprofessionally. “Take away Gary’s phone,” he joked.

“We have to treat him like a baby?” co-host Robin Quivers asked.

“Pretty much,” her colleague Fred Norris chimed in.
