After the crew learned that JD’s latest conquest was retreating for “complicated” reasons, Robin bemoaned the poor guy’s choices: “Why does he bother? He always wants the one that has these problems.” JD claimed he “didn’t necessarily know” about her issues beforehand (“I don’t want to get into it.”), but Howard doubted they existed at all: “That’s how they get out of it, I think.”
