Late in the show, Howard learned that JD was secretly seeing someone, so JD rushed in diffuse the conversation and maintain “some sort of privacy.” Howard didn’t care: “If you’re with some girl who’s into you, like Richie Wilson, it’s not a secret.” JD hoped to come clean one day, only revealing that they’d been “hanging out” for a month and a half: “Talking about it is not one of the things she likes, so…I’m not saying [any more].”
