John Bolaris’ ‘Super Clyclone’

John Bolaris stopped by, yet again, to answer for his apocalyptic Frankenstorm predictions, saying it was pretty much over: “We have one more tide cycle this morning, so there might be flooding with that.” It wasn’t as bad as he’d predicted, but we won’t know the full extent of the damage until noon, “when the pressure gradient relaxes.” Before leaving, John said Sandy was downgraded from a Hurricane to a “Post-Tropical Storm” just 30 miles offshore but transitioned into a “super cyclomatic” storm, hitting us with Hurricane force anyway.
