Caller Seeks Wider ‘Name Freedom’

A man who legally changed his name to “David NiggerMeansHuman SuperNigger” called in to defend his stance on the controversial word and discuss his decision to change his name this morning.

David, who is white, explained that he changed his name to honor a black man Russell Lawrence Lee who wanted to change his name to “SuperNigger” but was denied by the courts. David said he strongly believes in “name freedom” and has changed his own legal name numerous times. The list includes: “David Fishsuit,” “SnapHappyFishSuit McKillagon,” “Variable,” “FuckCensorship,” “FuckTheDrugWar,” and “Mr. RadicalCensorshipSuperNiggerNigger.”

David suffers from multiple sclerosis as well as bipolar disorder, which led to him being imprisoned for a year and a half – most of which was spent in solitary confinement due to his name, reportedly.

He also has a tattoo of a man with his penis out right above his left eye. Howard and Robin worried about David’s job prospects with the tattoo, but he assured them he was going to phone operator-type gigs that wouldn’t require him to be seen.
