Howard's co-host remembers a passionate night that left a lasting impression
An off-handed question by a caller named “Balls” led to an intriguing reveal by Robin Quivers about her musical tastes during Tuesday morning’s show.
“[Are] there any times … you’re listening to a song and you associate it with like big events in your life?” the caller wondered.
Robin recalled a time when Howard asked her what the sexiest rock and roll song was. “I immediately said ‘Kashmir’ because I had some of the greatest sex to that song,” she revealed.
Though Robin admitted she didn’t know of Led Zeppelin prior to that point in her life, her boyfriend at the time was a big fan. And after the special night the two shared together with the song playing in the background, she hasn’t been able to forget it.
Howard, meanwhile, told Balls that songs like “Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hand” by Primitive Radio Gods with B.B. King’s sample and “Stars” by Hum really bring back specific memories for him.
