After weeks of anticipation, Howard got a special Father’s Day surprise on Sunday when one of his foster cats gave birth.
“I’ve got to admit, it was really moving,” Howard said Monday, noting that the cat instinctually knew what to do. “While one kitten is sort of being cleaned the other is being born,” he described.
