AUDIO: ‘Rusty’ Gets Harassed by ‘Karens’ in New Phony Phone Call

After a discussion with Stern Show executive producer Gary Dell’Abate about “Karens” (above), Howard debuted a new Richard Christy phony phone call Tuesday that included a couple of screaming Karens of its own. As “Rusty,” Richard called a radio show from his car hoping to discuss politics and instead was on the receiving end of an irate woman whose driveway he parked in.

“She’s pretty unhinged, can you try talking some sense into her?” he asked the host after being cursed at incessantly. “It’s your show I called so you’re a part of this too.”

“I’m not lying, I didn’t call the sheriff,” the annoyed host announced after being accused of contacting the authorities. “I think both of you should go to jail for ruining my show.”

When Rusty called back only to get scrutinized by another woman, the host was fed up. “Excuse my language, I didn’t do shit, lady,” he said after feeling her wrath to the point he had to sign off the air. “Today’s show went off in a direction I never expected. I’ve just had enough today, quite frankly.”
